About Clanker Lists

I'm Neil Collier, and I ask the AIs what to watch, read and play, so you don't have to open three chatbots and argue with each one. Every list is ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini answering the same question in fresh chats, several times each. We count the votes and publish the consensus, the disagreements and the picks only one of them made. Then we review every list ourselves, and argue about it: our own takes, discussion and opinion on YouTube, podcasts, live streams and wherever else the conversation goes.

On the videos I watch the AIs' pick and score it, or rank my own top five before seeing theirs and compare. That verdict goes on the list page, next to the machines'.

How a list is made

• One question, asked word for word of each AI, in a new chat every time.
• A #1 earns the most points; each AI's answers are averaged, and each AI gets an equal say.
• The write-ups are edited for accuracy; the rankings are never edited.
• Affiliate links never affect a ranking: the AIs don't know they exist.
